I’ve emailed her several times and she hasn’t responded or sent the Kohls cash. Probably the same person with fake names! Thank you to all the honest people in this group. She’s the first bad trader I’ve encountered.

On the conversation if horrible people- I found out yesterday that my Kohl’s account got hacked. There were two different orders placed for over $100. They ordered small items (a hand towel and a pack of socks) to be picked up in the store and then larger items shipped. Unfortunately, Kohl’s emails always go straight to spam so I didn’t realize it until going to the app and noticing $20 Kohl’s cash was available. After calling card services they in so many words told me I was out the money because the items had already shipped. I am VERY upset with them right now. I’m resisting the temptation to send nasty letters to the two people since I have their addresses!
That’s so sad and horrible.How can it be hacked and Kohl’s Cs should have done something to report and stopped the item from delivering as its just shipped.
I would not accept that answer and continue up the line of leadership until you get your money back. I hope you don’t give up and let the horrible people win thinking they can do something like this again.
How is this possible? Contact UPS, or USPS and stop the order from being delivered. Change it to pick it up or return back to store. Are you sure no-one in your family placed the order without telling you? There must be a valid name for the picked up orders and how were they able to get the email with scan code for them to pick it up? I am sure Kohls will fix this for you or go legal as you have names and addresses for fraud..
Unfortunately, by the time I figured it out the packages already shipped. I received notification today that they were delivered. As for the pickup orders, they have my name on them as the pickup person. I’m guessing they had to do that so it matched the name on my billing address. I’m not sure. I already told Kohl’s to cancel that part. No, I have no clue who the people are. The service rep asked the same thing…. several times as if implying that I was part of the scheme. I get it but still, it’s upsetting. I do have their names and addresses. After a quick Google search it appears they used their real information. So I will pursue that route if necessary.
Megan I am really sorry this happened to you and is scary how easy it was, it can happen to anyone. Thanks for letting us know and yes do not let it go. These people need a stop to learn not to do it to others, hope you get your money back,
