Breyers is Partnering With Cinnabon to Release a New Bakery-Inspired Flavor
There’s a new flavor of Breyers coming to a grocery store near you!
Bryers is planning the release of a new bakery-inspired Cinnabon flavor, and it’s a frozen twist on the classic cinnamon roll! Breyers Cinnamon Cinnabon Frozen Dairy Dessert features swirls of gooey cinnamon and delicious dough bites in a sweet vanilla base.
Like Breyers’ other ice cream, this new flavor is made with 100% Grade A milk and fresh cream from American cows not treated with artificial growth hormones. It also uses vanilla from sustainably sourced farms in Madagascar in partnership with the Rainforest Alliance.
Although Breyers Cinnamon Cinnabon Frozen Dairy Dessert isn’t available for purchase yet, we’re already finding it listed on Meijer’s website. It’s rumored to be hitting the shelves sometime this February, so you’ll find us stalking the freezer section until then, waiting to get our first taste! 😋

Will it be nationwide, or just Maijers?
As of right now we have seen it listed on Meijer’s site. Hoping you can find it in more stores real soon!
Interestingly these special flavors are not real ice cream. It’s a “dairy dessert.”
Here is what I found online about the difference between the two…..
“Both ice cream and frozen dairy desserts are sold in the same aisle at the supermarket. However, one is made with butterfat while the other is made with vegetable oil. According to the FDA, in order to be considered ice cream, a frozen dairy dessert must have at least 10% milk fat.”
I’ve noticed that, as well!
why I won’t buy Breyers most of the time. Depends on the audience and what’s on sale. A few of their frozen items are ice cream, but most are ‘dairy desserts’
