I was so excited. I have the s7 edge. My screen is back ordered indefinitely. Figures lol. Estimates in the past are $225.

Before you go through this program that they are offering go to your local sprint store with tech support sometimes they are able to fix it if they have the screen in stock for I believe $30 I had the S9+ and they did an amazing job at replacing my screen for such a low cost ofcourse I also have the device insurance though them also
It’s a bait and switch tactic. The people at Sprint want you to come in and switch to their service. They’re going to give you an excuse why they cannot fix your screen if you do not switch over to them. It just happened to me. They claimed my Samsung note 8 had corrosion in the charging port, thus water damage. My port is clean as a whistle. Shame on you Sprint, horrible service.
