I’m kind of confused because that is inconsistent with the CVS coupon policy on their website. Doesn’t it say you can use a coupon on each item even if there is a BOGO promo? https://www.cvs.com/bizcontent/general/help/coupon-policy.pdf
The coupon policy has not been officially updated since a register update several months ago. When you use 2 coupons on a BOGO free sale now, the register will initially scan and looks like it accepts the coupon, but one will get kicked after the cashier totals and the 2nd item shows $0.00. You can, however, use a $1/2 (or any value/off 2) on a BOGO free sale since the save amount off will apply towards the full price item. It really sucks!
