Assembled and looks just like the picture. Very roomy for my tall 4 year old. She absolutely loves it. Assembly took a hour and half and the house is made to last. It is a lot nicer than the plastic one I had as a child and my daughter is going to get hours of use from it!

The house is great & the imaginative play is endless! My kids are having so much fun with this house. The playhouse has definitely exceeded our expectations. The construction quality of the playhouse is top notch and I absolutely love the way the cedar smells. It is very sturdy and all the details are amazing.
