Are you logged into your Amazon account and do you have an Alexa connected to your account?
No to the alexa
You need to connect your Alexa device to your Amazon account to get it to work. You do that in the Alexa app.
We have Alexa and we use her for our Amazon stuff but when I tried to ask her for the sample she told me I needed to go into the app to enable the permissions which I did on the website. Can you only enable it through the Alexa app? I don’t have the app I just do stuff through the website.

I can’t figure this out. Alexa tells me to go to my home screen in the Alexa app and confirm my address, email etc. I do not see any option for this.
When you ask Alexa directly w/out setting it up online first, it tells you to do that, because you have to go enable the skill. You should be able to open your app and scroll down a little until you see the access request from Coca-Cola Energy.
