In the candy aisle but not all Target stores carry them.
Open the target app and search for them, not all stores carry them. Whole Foods, Kroger and H-E-B also carry them.

This is my favorite deal, but it doesn’t actually take the correct amount off. I have used this every time they offer the 30%, and every time I call to get the other 20-25% refunded. It’s still worth it to me. I do in store pickup. They are easy enough to take care of, but it’s still a hassle.
