Converse Now Offers Comfy Sneakers for Brides, Grooms, and Wedding Parties
Converse just launched a line of customizable wedding shoes!
Weddings are an all-day affair for a bride and groom, and that’s a long time to be stuck wearing uncomfortable shoes! Many brides wear heels for the ceremony and then kick them off later to dance at the reception. Still, others would prefer to skip the heels altogether and opt for flats or even sneakers under their wedding dress.
Now, Converse is making it easier for couples to create custom wedding shoes that are both photo-worthy and comfortable. The brand recently launched a line of Wedding Sneakers that includes low and high-top styles, along with platform shoes for brides who want a little extra lift without having to wobble around on heels.
While they were designed with brides and grooms in mind, Converse’s new line of Wedding Sneakers can be customized for the entire wedding party too. These shoes would make a fun gift for bridesmaids and groomsmen that they would actually want to wear again!
Converse’s laid-back wedding collection starts at $50 per pair. The shoes can also be customized using various colors, designs, patterns, and text, leaving couples with a one-of-a-kind pair of shoes that will be a fun wearable reminder of their wedding day.

While I understand the trend, I couldn’t imagine my beautiful dress with a pair of gym shoes. Hubby always raves about my wedding heels and I at times wear them to special occasions. I also feel the heels made my legs look better and I felt even sexier.
I hate heels and I am clumsy and walk like Bambi in them. Our whole wedding party wore Converse. I loved it!
I understand the plain nature of the groom ones, but the bride ones are pitiful. What about a little sparkle at least? A tiny strip of black text hardly does much!
Totally agree with u Katie…. sparkles & may b for the something blue, use Blue instead of pink/purple on the 👟
I wore heels at my wedding but at the reception changed into some white Vans cuz I love to dance for hours!
While I love the idea lol and as loyal to my converse as I am the idea of having my wedding day in a pair of converse that haven’t been broken in sounds miserable
I had heels, but my make-up artist decided to surprise me with a foot massage before the ceremony. My feet were so slippery I kept losing my shoes down the aisle! I quickly traded to my something-blue fuzzy slippers at the reception! If you’re not used to heels, there’s no point in making yourself miserable. It’s your day!
