I bought the “work hard be nice” one and just a warning, it is women’s sizing, but it’s extremely small. I usually wear a med-large and the XL was pretty tight.

Agree. I have 3 of these shirts in women’s sizes. I bought Large and they are skin tight… in a very flattering way. They are also super thin and tend to roll up at the bottom.
