New Sprite Ginger Is Now Rolling Out to Retailers Nationwide
We just spotted the newest flavor of Sprite at Target!
Ginger-flavored sparkling beverages are surging in popularity these days, and now Sprite is getting in on the trend by adding ginger to its traditional lemon-lime flavor. New Sprite Ginger is now available nationwide in 20-ounce and 2-liter bottles and 12-packs of cans. Sprite Ginger Zero Sugar is also available for purchase in 12-packs of cans.
What does it taste like? Mark Shorey, Sprite’s brand manager, said in a press release,
“With every sip, you’ll get the crisp, refreshing cut-through of lemon-lime up front, balanced with a hit of ginger on the back-end. The Sprite Ginger launch is all about reinvention… reimagining the signature attributes Sprite fans know and love, with something new and unexpected.”
We’ve already seen the Zero Sugar version of Sprite Ginger at Target, where it was sold in 12-packs of 12-ounce cans for $4.99.
Make this soothing Ginger Tea recipe with just a few ingredients!
We absolutely love Ginger Beer so will be sure to look out for this next time at Target. Thanks for posting!
You’re very welcome! Hope you find it soon!
Growing up we would drink ginger beer too. I am hoping this will be cheaper.
Tried this yesterday. I was pleasantly surprised. Very refreshing not too strong in the ginger aspect
SO glad you liked it! I can’t wait to try it. It sure sounds yummy!
Seems like this would be great for morning sickness, nausea, etc …
That’s a great idea Court!
I don’t think it contains actual ginger…
Wow a lot of new flavors are rolling out.
I love Ginger Ale and Sprite so planning to try it!
Hope you enjoy it!
Yes please!
I’ve been seeing the commercial to this lately, can’t wait to try it.
Sugar Free!!! Yay! ❤️👍🏾
I was extremely excited about this, then I tried it. Very mediciney type flavor. I am glad I only got a 20oz.
Oh darn! Thanks for the honest comment!
It’s good. IT is def a true ginger taste.
Does anyone have the number for this to plug into brick seek? I don’t feel like calling to sit on hold : )
Ginger-Flavor is the key here. No real ginger to help your nausea/tummy aches. I have only found REAL ginger at the health food store.
“Ginger Flavored”??? Umm, no. I’ll stick with Ginger Ale. Ginger Ale fans are passionate about their ginger. This is a no go. The only thing I’m interested in trying out is the new Canada Dry’s Ginger Ale Bold.
I wonder if this would make a good low carb Moscow mule! I’m dirty keto 😉
Try it and let us know!
