Hip Tips for making Grinch Hot Chocolate in your Crockpot:
- Host a Grinch-themed holiday evening! Read the beloved Dr. Seuss Christmas book or watch the Grinch movie and serve up this white hot chocolate right from your Crockpot slow cooker!
- If you’re not wanting this drink to be green or “Grinchy”, just omit the green food coloring and use this recipe as a great white hot chocolate option. It can be served with any of your favorite toppings like whipped cream and marshmallows. I think crushed candy canes would be yummy, too!

Any dairy free tips from anyone? I have a kiddo with a casein allergy.
We substitute almond milk for many things and Trader Joe’s makes awesome coconut milk whipped cream.
I prefer the coconut cream version of this!
Oooo that sounds DELICIOUS !! Where’s that posted at ??
We mixed macadamia nut milk and almond milk with dairy free white chips and added peppermint candy canes. Cashew milk works great too. You can also use almond milk vanilla creamer mixed with the various non dairy milks. Hope that helps with some ideas.
