Obviously nothing beats homemade but for a frozen meal Michael Angelos is pretty darn good. They are very nice to have in the freezer for a quick pop in. From experience they do taste better tho if you cook them in the oven as opposed to the micro. We had the lasagna, chicken parm and quite frequently the eggplant parm. Its def worth a try. 🙂

Thanks for taking a moment to comment, Kerri! We haven’t had one in awhile, but I agree, the last time I picked up a Michael Angelos meal it was tasty!

Thank you for the feedback. They are on sale at Safeway for $5.99 as part of their buy 4 mix and match promo but I was hesitant to try them. I will now 🙂 .

I totally agree! For a last minute (or more like 1 hour), the meals cannot be beat. If the chicken piccata is available in your area you should try that one. Tastes almost like restaurant quality. There’s enough sauce on the bottom for pasta for 1-2 people, or pairs well with a nice salad. Low carb too!

Oh cool! Thanks, Fran! Good to know!
