How to get free shipping?
There is no free shipping right now. Shipping was $7.99 for me, but with my $10 reward and two girls jeans only costing $4.79 ea the reward ate into some of the shipping

I’ve been trying to take advantage of this deal since they had the daylight savings one earlier in the week, but the checkout page kept getting errors for me. I figured out that if you order 20 or more items, it fails, but 19 works fine. So I split the order into two (making sure both got over $50 for free shipping), and voila! Just bought half of the clothes I’ll need for three kids in the next year!

I had the same problem. The whole site would crash when I added the 20th item! It was so frustrating, but eventually I was able to get it to work and scored some great deals!!
I love love Eddie Bauer. Made a huge order las week and now keep getting HTTP400 error code. Can’t even get in to get rid of half my cart….. Been trying all week.
Can you try online chat or calling your order in?
Try making two orders, each one less than 20 items. This was the only thing that worked for me, even when I called they got the same error!
I can not get in to delete the 20th item or to split the order. Just get the same error as you. How is everyone getting past the error?
Unfortunately you will have to start completely over. Close all the Eddie Bauer windows you have open except for one, and then clear the cookies for http://www.eddiebauer.com (in Chrome click the lock next to the URL). Then, when adding items, make sure you don’t go above 19 and you’ll be fine.

I also got an email stating if I used the first $10.00 reward by the 17th I’d get another $10.00 reward so I emailed them because my order was shipped and never got the 2nd reward so they said their gonna mail it out, which is better because there will be no expiration date
Thanks! I got 9 pairs of khakis (3 different sizes – we start uniforms for school in the fall), 3 pairs of jeans, and 3 rain jackets so all of my girls can match! With taxes I paid $130 for all 15 items!
