My son wanted a new controller for his Nintendo Switch for Christmas. We got him this controller and he loves it. It is responsive with no lag and charges fairly quickly. Since Christmas, he has used this controller more than the Joy-Cons that came with the Switch. He also prefers the design on this controller to that of the Nintendo Pro Controller. Overall, it is a great purchase.
I’m newer to gaming and bought this for a more comfortable feel while playing the Switch. It looks and feels great. Pairing was a breeze and it wakes up the Switch just like the Joy-Cons. Now the kids use it, also. The two AA batteries last for about 30 hours of play. It does not recharge and you will have to replace the batteries when they wear out. I might consider getting the slightly more expensive rechargeable ones in the future.
Omg! This pro controller is way better than my regular pro controller. It doesn’t slip out of my hand and it looks gorgeous, it’s my favorite pro controller right now and I love it!
