I’m astonished at the amount of throw away plates, cups, bowls, silverware and straws people use on a regular basis but now that we’re all home and have the time to wash dishes daily I’m really surprised. If it’s necessary ( and it’s a lifesaver sometimes) than so be it but I think it’s severely overused.

As much as I don’t usually use disposables, these would come in handy if someone got sick.
There are 6 of us at home eating 3 meals a day. We’re still working full time (from home) while also “homeschooling” our 4 kids. I don’t have time to do the dishes multiple times a day so we eat lunch on paper plates. It helps save a little bit of what’s left of my sanity.
