I ordered a mattress from this post scheduled to be delivered on April 24th… it’s the 27th… no matter… no phone call .. no email and when I call their msg says email only… this is TERRIBLE!! They took my money but WHERE IS MY MATTRESS??? This is a deal breaker! I’m deleting hip2save
Oh darn! I’m so sorry for any confusion, Judith! I do find a few different ways to check on your order with Mattress Firm. You can track it by heading up to the top right of their site where it lists “help”. When you hover over that, a drop down menu will pop up and you can click on “Delivery Tracking”. There you can enter in your information to find out where your order is.
You can also chat with them online or call. The chat feature is also listed at the top right of the site. In thin black banner. In addition, here is their customer service number – (877) 350-0955.
