Make sure you click until it sets. Sometimes when I click once, it looks like it is clicked, but I have to click it a couple more times to make sure it switches to that green check. Firefox browser is the one that gives me the most issues; you might try a different browser if you’re still having issues.

I had the same issue as so many others, the coupon not adding. I ended up having to contact Amazon, & went through two reps who dropped me, & finally the third just gave me a credit for it to apply. Was sooo frustrating.
Now I know for future coupons!
