I ordered yesterday. The order went through fine. Today, I got an email that the order was cancelled. I talked to customer service, but they wouldn’t do anything. I’m not happy with Staples right now. They should either honor the order when they get it back in stock, substitute their store brand, or give me a voucher to get the price in store.
I got an email saying that the order shipped and then the next day that it was returned to sender and cancelled. Anyone else have this issue?
