Be careful ordering from Kohl’s. I received my order the other day and the packing slip showed a quantity of 2 leggings, but only 1 was in the box. I called, and after being on hold and going through the process with customer service, they said there was nothing they could do since I had made a similar complaint once and had called when they sent the wrong item (twice) to me. My account has been flagged for excessive complaints over the last 18 months. I offered to send pictures to prove the item was not as shown at the time and they said it wasn’t necessary. Every time I have called it has been an hour long process or so, for items that were under $10. I have spent a few thousand dollars at Kohl’s in the same time period. Very disappointed in Kohl’s right now!!
I refuse to purchase from Kohl’s because I dislike their customer service so much…….. I’ll pay more to get better service.
I’m glad it isn’t just me. I used my Kohl’s card, so I feel I have no recourse. They won’t send another pair and won’t credit my card. 🙁
