I wouldn’t pay more than $1 for a Samsung appliance. They are trash and awful to deal with.

I can definitely say NEVER ever buy Samsung washer and dryers!

I have a samsung and I hate it. Uneven cooking in the oven and pretty sure it doesn’t heat to the temp I set it to. Sometimes it won’t preheat, so I just have to wait and see if I need to reset it. All knobs broke off because they were made of plastic.

    • Amber (Hip Sidekick)

Bummer! Thanks for sharing your experience, Grimm.

There are other brands in this sale however I echo what others have written that Samsung appliances do not hold up. In our current home the previous owners replaced all of the appliances with Samsung. They were basically brand new when we moved in three years ago and we replaced them during our second year in our home. We’ve replaced the microwave, dishwasher and the refrigerator has major issues. Oven will be replaced next. All Samsung.

Samsung customer service is the WORST

The refrigerator looks nice, however we love having the water filtration system option. It doesn’t look like this fridge has one. At a price that’s normally over 2k, I wonder why?

I do not recommend Samsung. Sumsung will not accept the receipt of my online purchase to exchange one of my shelves that broke on my refrigerator. I didn’t get a cash register receipt, I only got a paper sheet receipt from BestBuy (bought online) and Samsung doesn’t want to exchange my 1 plastic shelve that goes on the door.

I bought extra door shelves online – I think amazon. I thought they were reasonably priced. I wanted more shelves than what it came with.

I absolutely LOVE the way that fridge is laid out! If only I had the extra money.

I want to add my .02 that I would never buy a samsung appliance ever again. My samsung fridge broke at month 13 – 1 month after warranty. Our regular appliance guy wouldn’t even work on it. He said they won’t work on any samsung appliance. Customer service told me too bad so sad (I’m paraphrasing). It cost $500 the first time it was worked on. That didn’t fix it. Long story short, it took about 5 visits and almost 2 months to get it fixed. I called samsung and threw a huge fit and between us and the appliance repair place calling them, they finally agreed to cover the rest (after the $500). I will NEVER buy samsung appliance again.
