I have been using the app and it has a lot of features. I listen to the sleep stories and one is read by Matthew McConaughey and I fall asleep before each story is over. It is amazing. The reason I’m saying this is because sometimes I have trouble falling asleep all night until maybe 6 AM and I go to bed at 2 AM and I’m awake that whole time but not since I’ve been using the Calm app. You should try it. I can’t believe it works so well. I’m sure it has lots of other features but I haven’t taken the time to explore them all.
