Last 2 orders I placed got canceled. I used rewards and children’s place bucks and lost those. I have tried calling several times and no response. Disappointing when I have shopped with them for years.

Shipping is really slow, which is fine considering everything. My biggest problem is their absolute lack of customer service. I’ve lost out on the last 3 $5 rewards I’ve earned because it won’t let me add them to my order. No response from customer service. And I just received “part” of my order, addressed to me, however inside the package was someone else’s order with their packing list inside. Of course, again, no response. So now I have clothes I can’t use, and can’t get the ones I ordered, or a refund. Take a look at their facebook, soooo many people are having similar problems.
I usually shop exclusively between TCP and Carter’s, but now I probably won’t give TCP my business anymore.
