I ordered backpacks.. confirmation email said they will ship in October, is that normal for pottery barn?
My order said arrival by June 1st. One time I looked into getting a Harry Potter backpack and it was back ordered several months…so it would have been too late as a birthday present. Hopefully you will get yours sooner!
That has happened to me a lot over the years (long delay in shipping date) and it always ended in my order being cancelled and the items being relisted/”back in stock” at full price! Good luck – hope that it is different with your order!

Nevermind. It won’t work on one particular piece (the same pattern as the duffle) but it seemed to work on the rest. $50 for a 28’’ Pottery Barn suitcase is an amazing deal!
