This is a great product that provides almost instant relief from minor aches and pains. I originally found this product years ago while searching for something to help dissolve the bruising on my knee after injury. It worked better and faster than anything else I’ve ever used.
I then found it is also a pain reliever and began using it on my wrist to ease the pain of my carpal tunnel. It works very quickly and because it’s a gel, it goes on clear and dries quickly, leaving no sticky/messy residue.

It has : Arnica montana is probably the most commonly usedhomeopathic medicine in the world. Arnica helps relieve muscle pain and stiffness due to injuries, overexertion, and falls, and can also help reduce pain, swelling, and discoloration from bruises.
Actually 0.7% Arnica, as it is a homeopathic 1X solution of 7% Arnica montana — 1X homeopathic solutions are diluted to 1/10 of their original ingredient. This is a very important point to note, as the “X” indicates orders of degrees. A 2X solution of 7% Arnica, then, would contain 0.07% Arnica (and so on). Homeopathic “medicines” are diluted to the point that the active ingredients are only there as a trace element or aren’t there at all.
