This product has been great! It’s nice that your whole hand can fit in it and the automatic sensor starts when you put your hand in it. It has definitely worked as it was advertised to do. I would recommend it to my friends.
I don’t really do my nails often so this might sound like a silly question, but does it only dry gel nail polish? I just stick with regular nail polish.
Gel nail polish is just like regular nail polish sorta of. It looks like it as well. It last a much longer time though . So many pretty colors too. I have a nail fryer like this from amazon. Works amazing. Plus on amazon you can find all sorts of gel nail polish colors. So once you start using gel and dryer you’ll never go back to regular nail polish . Don’t mean to be a Debbie downer but UV light can cause melanoma of the nail bed which is very hard to treat.

Your safety concerns are much appreciated. Awareness is key, especially for people that may have a higher risk of skin cancer. As usual, I encourage everyone to do their own research on this topic because some studies on the relation between nail lamps and cancer can be controversial. Keep in mind that the nail industry has evolved significantly over the last five years. Lamps with fluorescent bulbs have been replaced with LED. Altho, they both emit UVA radiation.

I see lots of ladies wondering about the gel nail polish. It’s great and all I ever use on my nails. Just wanted to point out in case any decide to try it, it is a system. You can not just use the gel color. You must use a base coat, color coat, and top coat curing in between layers.
