I was just able to request it using a desktop computer. If you are trying a mobile device or app, you may want to switch over.
I know people probably aren’t going to be happy about me saying this but when I saw that people were having a hard time getting this sample I went over to the page to see if it had expired, I already put in for a sample earlier but was curious if it would last very long. When I went back a second time it didn’t show up. It looked like it was either out, or took you back to a shopping page. The first sample that I had requested didn’t ask for my address so I don’t even think I’m getting it. Here’s the thing, I think these ladies that are asking for help are trying to get multiple samples. I did this on my iphone and it went fine (except for the address part)
Hey! I like samples as much as the next guy and especially this one but don’t involve the hip2save ladies in your fraud and ask for help when you know why it’s not working.

Unfortunately the anonymity of this site means that you could easily be one of the disgruntled that did not appreciate me pointing that out. Especially by not using your name and calling yourself “lemonade” 😀 That seems suspicious.
I know no one wants to look dishonest but I’m sure hundreds if not thousands had no issue with this.
On my phone when I clicked the sign up button it went straight to the website selling page as many have stated. The desktop site seems to work for most everyone.

Didn’t pop up on my phone (older iphone) but worked just fine on my laptop (which I tried AFTER trying on my phone).
I tried from my Android and it didn’t work for me. I was too lazy to go log in my PC so I missed out on the sample. Maybe you are too quick to jump to conclusions about people asking for help. That or just trolling… 🤷

Odd…I followed the steps and when I got to “next” it sent me straight to the “submit” page and said I would receive it in the mail. I didn’t enter my address or anything. 6:45pm EST. I’ll be pretty weirded out if it shows up at my house, lol.
Hopefully for those for whom it’s not asking for an address, it’s because FB already has it on file for you so it’s automatically entered?

thank you hip2save. the pop up doesn’t specifically ask you for your address once populated and can easily be missed if not looking carefully at it entirely. it populated with my fb info minus the address, which luckily i noticed and filled in.

i got this sample requested no problem on the original day it was posted, and just got email this morning that mine is now cancelled. they said they didn’t mean to give away as many as they did.
what a bad way to run a sample campaign — they should have shut off the links for this when they reached the limit on the giveaway. and after i ordered, instead using my info to send me marketing emails multiple times over the following days, they should have let me know immediately they didn’t have enough samples.
NO disrespect to H2S — i am saying that because Urban Decay is an expensive brand, they should have done better. if Urban Decay puts something on FB, it’s going to get a lot of traffic. they gathered a lot of people’s info, marketed to them repeatedly, then decided after more than two weeks they didn’t want to fulfill as many offers as they had originally implied would be honored.
