I did this deal on Thursday, two pairs of sandals for $22/shipped. I received an email that my shoes will arrive on Monday.

I ordered two pair on July 19 and got an email confirmation for both $19.99 – $10 plus $1.24 tax and free shipping, so $21.22. On July 21 I got an email saying one pair has shipped (my second choice). Then on July 24 I got another email saying the other pair was canceled (my first choice) and $0 will be refunded. I sent a message to Naturalizer saying that I am not happy with this. I would never have paid $21.22 for a pair of flip flops.
Update: I sent a second message to customer care and told them I would be satisfied with a $10 refund or a different color of the same sandals that were canceled. They didn’t reply to my message, but I see that there is a credit to my account of the $10 and tax. So that’s good.
