If your school allows you to shop outside of their preferred vendor, this sale will save you hundreds! One polo from our school vendor is over $20.
With having two growing boys to shop for, grabbing them for $4 each, and not worrying about them staining a $20 polo is nice!
Plus, the quality is great and you can always exchange it with the AWESOME Cat & Jack warranty! – Hip Sidekick, Alana

I’ve actually had a lot of trouble exchanging my Cat & Jack clothing. Some of my son’s pants have gotten holes in the knees at like five or six months. Target employees are not fully trained to know what to do in these situations, according to the Target returns agent I spoke to at my store. Which explains why I’ve had three totally different return situations. They make it seem like a seamless promise, but it is not.
I agree. My Target won’t exchange my Cat and Jack stuff either. They said they can’t take back anything that has been worn or used. Very frustrating.
Though everyone says so, I can’t find anywhere on Target about Cat & Jack’s one year warranty. I don’t think Target staff will honor the exchange if I couldn’t show them some black-and-white policy.
I think they used to have a great return policy for Cat & Jack clothing that people began to take advantage of–like exchange your pants for the next size up, etc. Even though Cat & Jack promises “free returns with receipt,” what happens is that Target can’t return products older than 90 days–even if you have a receipt and a Redcard–without having to use your driver’s license. And they don’t actually give you your money back. I’ve received all sorts of random amounts, NOT what I actually paid for it. I’m just frustrated with their policy because I bought all sorts of boys’ pants and the hassle of “returning” them hasn’t lived up to their “it’s so easy!” promise.
There’s a big banner on the Cat & Jack page on their website that says guaranteed for one year, and this is in their return policy exception list : “If you’re not satisfied with any Target Owned Brand item, return it within one year with a receipt for an exchange or a refund”. Hopefully they’ll honor it if you showed them these things.
I cannot get the polos to come up with the 30% off. On the product page it shows the cartwheel and I have it “saved.” But those two items (a $4 polo and a $10 performance polo) do not have the “promo applied” marked in my cart. All my uniform bottoms are working correctly. Anyone else?
My fault. I remember now …. max of 4 qualifying items per transaction. 🙂
