Awesome pillow! When you receive it put it in the dryer on low heat for 20 minutes and it plumps up to its true size. It’s not heavy like most bamboo pillows (it’s very light). I didn’t have to adjust the foam it was perfect for me and no need to put my arm under the pillow to sleep anymore, highly recommend!
I have ended up purchasing a total of 4 of these pillows and I love them. I’ve had mine for at least 6 months. You can fluff them out on a low dryer setting for a short time. Over time, they continue to expand. These pillows just feel great. You can flip them over and find cushy parts that feel perfect then flip them over again! I have had major lower back and neck surgeries, and have experienced very bad head, neck, shoulder and arm pain. These have been the best thing ever and I am extremely picky when it comes to a pillow!
I like the fact that you can adjust the amount of fill in these pillows, with a simple pull of the zipper. The pillow to be a little more full than I like, so I removed some of the shredded memory foam, and it was just right afterward. I’ve kept the extra filling so later on, I can put some back if I want. The pillow is very comfortable, and the thicker pillowcase is an added bonus.
