The Aldi candles I have had in the past, for the most part, have smelled great and had a great throw but I have not seen any candles at any Aldis near me in a very long time.

What is soy blend? I know soy is better and my melters waxes are 100% soy but are these candles a blend of soy and what? Asking because I have never had these candles and if they are “safe and healthy “ for the home environment I might try them. Usually I do t do candles because of all the chemicals and toxins that they have when you light them. But I’m curios bout these candles 😊

I just looked at my soy blend candle from there the last time they had it (earlier summer) and it doesn’t list it. I never really thought about it but I have a feeling they only put a little soy in so they can put that on the label.

Thanks CJ for the reply! I guess I will pass on them 🤷‍♀️

Good luck finding them, everyone, as they have been elusive at my Aldi’s. Closest I got to the candles was finding an empty box on the shelf! 🙁

      Darn! Thanks for the warning!

I was so ready to go to Aldi this morning to get these candles but the baby was feeling so good so I had to stay Gomez

So excited I finally found some in stock. Got the last lemongrass bamboo left. Lots of chocolate ones and the blue ones. No guava. They also had gardenia and vanilla. The Aldi candles burn evenly and last long. I like them

    • Hipgrandma

Not guava, agave. I’m in Grand Rapids, Mi area

I was lucky to go later and there were lots left I got 10 total

    • Jennifer (Hip Sidekick)

Yay! So glad you got them! I smelled them all and thought they were great!

There are so many great posts that I almost did not want to comment—BUT, I have burned a variety of candles and was very surprised none of the comments touched on my disappointment. Yes, the price is wonderful–I paid $4.99 which is a bit more than others paid, but was still VERY satisfied with less than the normal even on sale price at B&B . However—-two wicks DO NOT give an even burn and I have had to “play” with the wax time and again to get a long burn. I scrapped excess wax out with a spoon to get a level burning field to restart once again. My suggestion—add a third wick and raise the price $1. Still a bargain.

Aldi does have 3 wick candles that burn beautifully. You evidently picked up the wrong one.

Love Aldi’s candles! Just wish they could be shipped to me. Closest store is 5 hours away 😞
