This is perhaps the best money I’ve ever spent in my entire life, I tend to toss and turn a lot in my sleep and wake up a couple of times minimum every night. But since I bought this blanket, I sleep throughout the whole night and don’t wake up at all. Not to mention it’s probably the softest & warmest material a blanket could have. If you’re hesitant, don’t be, it’s worth it!

This is the BEST blanket I have ever bought. I have been an insomniac for years and have never successfully been treated. Getting a good night’s rest has been an elusive goal for me. I bought three 20 pound blankets, one for each teenager. It is suggested to purchase the weighted blanket that is 10% your body weight. If you are in between weights you should go up to the next weight. I am hoping this helps them sleep better. Thank you.
