This pan cooks pizza with a nice crisp evenly cooked bottom. The raised bumps keep the cooked pizza from sticking while the weight and quality of this pan are excellent. Clean up is a breeze and I can slide my pizzas right off onto a breadboard for cutting. After many many uses, my pans still look like new. Highly recommend this product.
