Had anyone ever gotten a high temp on the no touch thermometers? We use them at work to screen employees and they never read body temp let alone higher. Curious.
Try taking your forehead temp with this then aim it on your legs, foot, arms, chest. You will be shocked when one day it gives the exact same reading for all. Then you’ll realize these digital thermometers are NEVER accurate
We use this one at work and my coworkers and my temps always vary from one another but stay pretty consistent for each of us. We have had patients who were over 100, but we were having them wait outside in the sun before bringing them in for their appts. Once we brought them inside and checked it again within a minute or two, the temp came down to normal range.
We used them at work on customers and had to turn a few away who had high temps.

This is horrible! It has never registered above 96.6. Don’t waste your money.
We are using the same one at work. I noticed my body temp is the exact same since May, never higher or lower. I would definitely use another one too as a backup specially if you are using on kids .

When we got our first one , we took our temperature orally, then with the new thermometer. Did it on the 5 people. It always came back 1 to 1.1 degrees lower. Now we know how to calibrate it. If it reads 99, then the person has a 100 degree temperature and a fever and is not allowed into the office, or kids don’t go to school. Hope that helps.

So inaccurate! Only takes surface temp which means if I drive to work with my heat on in my car, it shoots my temp up. We use these every morning and I can scan twice in a row and get anywhere from 94-103. It is never consistent or accurate.
