I love these containers!! I bought them at first just because I liked how they looked, but they are now my favorite ones to use! They don’t have that rubber ring piece that gets moldy like other containers, they don’t leak, and you can put them in the micro with the cover as long as you open the tabs!

Just an FYI, was just at Target and was pleasantly surprised that Rubbermaid Brilliance now has a glass set of these — I know, Rubbermaid making a glass Brilliance set! They looked great. Here’s the nice thing, the lids from the plastic Brilliance set is interchangable with the glass Brilliance set. I didn’t succumb to them though as I have to have a good deal! What a brilliant idea Rubbermaid had. I’m pleased with my plastic Brilliance set (thank you H2S for the great price find). No issues whatsoever.

Yeah, same happened to mine after I put lemon juice in them. Beyond that, they just cannot stand up to heavy use in the microwave and/or the dishwasher. Several have cracked, a couple have melted around the gaskets (which is funny because I try to avoid microwaving the lids even though Rubbermaid claims you can), and almost all of mine are no longer “crystal clear” but kinda wavy and distorted when you look through them. Very disappointed in these.
I bought the set in the second photo and it is NOT what I received. They are going back. I 6 of the ones I received would not even fit 2 tablespoons and none were as large as the big one in the photos.
