I love all things Tervis! The regular cups can be used for hot or cold beverages not meant to be a thermos. I’m in South Florida and love that the cups don’t sweat. I have arthritis and find the cups awesome, easy to grip and light to hold.
If you are looking for a Tervis cup for hot drinks you need to get the stainless ones. We use them every day & I make coffee for hubs in the morning and it’s still hot later when he gets a chance to drink it.
These are the only cups we use! We love them! Drinks stay cold and no sweating. We use the 12 oz. clear ones for everyday glasses.
We love these-they are the only cups we use around the house. Each time we travel to a new state, golf tournament or visit a college campus, we grab one. They are great to use with company too because everyone has their own unique cup.

I want to love these, but I had a bad experience. I bought 2 of the plastic Disney ones and 4 metal tumblers (2 nfl, 2 powder coated). One of the plastic ones broke (the lid) within a week. On the stainless, the more expensive ones with nfl logos peeled terribly, despite only hand washing. The powder coated ones were fine. They don’t warranty these things so half my purchase was almost immediately trash. So for me, buying at half price was really paying full price considering only half lasted.
My other beef with this company is that I went to post a review to warn others, bc they’re expensive to just trash. They reviewed my post, but never posted it. So based on my experience, I’d say they’re ratings are not accurate .
Tervis has a lifetime replacement policy. I have had no problem using it the two times I have had to.

I agree with you. I have a coffee stainless steel. Although it does keep my coffee warm, the design has almost all come off even though hand washed too. I looked up the guarantee and it does not cover that. I was surprised because they weren’t cheap.
Same thing happened to me. Now i use Klean Kanteen. Much better quality in my opinion and they have great customer service too.
this brand performs – i dont buy items that have printed logos or brands on the side – just plain old – and the drinks stay cold – super score I got one at goodwill for $2
