   I bought two of these early last year for Christmas gifts. They are very pretty. They both broke soon after popening. One broke as soon as the mom put it on the daughter. The other broke while being taken out of box. These were tweens. I still feel so bad bc I have not fixed them. They were not under warranty. I put a comment on the Zale’s site, but to my knowledge it has never appeared there. They are very cute, but due to the script, some names have very thin pieces of metal which break easily.

   When i saw this listed, I came to write the same thing.Thought it was cute. Broke within a week. Chain is not well made and shouldn’t break so easily. Very disappointed because we really liked it.

   I’ve done this deal a couple of times as well. The one I bought for myself broke at the clasp and the repair was $15. Pretty sure my daughter’s broke there too.

   Buyer beware on this one! I bought during the $15 sale. Both my necklace arrived damaged (large ‘cuts’ in the actual name part of the necklace). It took over 3 months to see a refund. Customer service was terrible and made me jump through several hoops even though I sent plenty of photos of damage.

  i purchased for my nieces and both of theirs broke soon after, and unfortunately, there was no warranty, so they would have had to pay for any repairs. One of them told me that she loved it so much that she wore it every day until it broke 🙁 I still have mine, but I only wear mine occassionally and try to be careful with it, knowing that it’s not uncommon for these to break. I will say that these are delicate.

    I bought one for my daughter last Christmas and she wears it constantly. It’s by far her favorite gift. Sorry to the others who’s necklace broke but ours is still going strong.

    I bought this deal last time posted. Honestly, I LOVE IT! My necklace arrived in perfect condition, hasn’t broke. I don’t wear it everyday, but at times I will wear the necklace for a week. I shower and sleep in the necklace. For the price, no complaints. Shipping did take a few weeks. If I could post a pic, I def would.
