Items were not in stock. They canceled one and gave other items for pickup, so not gonna get it. Bummer.

Mine was showing $18.21 when I placed the order as well, however when I picked it up I got $13.20.
I followed the steps exactly as listed here. Just picked up my order. Worked perfectly – I actually got $13.20 in points back (not complaining).
Last pick up I had it said the a similar thing. I was suppose to get $18 but got $14. I was fine w/ it. But the next day when I went back for my photo order, I seen at the register that I had $16 in points. When I asked the cashier why my app says $14, but the register showed $16; she had no idea.

The app is glitchy and lots of times logs you out so that it doesn’t update. Even if you are logged in it doesn’t sync frequently. Log out and back in to get it to update. Or use your browser on your phone to double check. Your points are also on your receipt usually (if their server is down and doesn’t show on receipt it will catch up)

You must call the store directly to cancel.
If you used any MyWalgreens cash to pay that should be automatically returned to you within 48 hours but usually within 24. Manufacturers coupons can’t be restored. You must ask to be given store credit or MyWalgreens cash in its place. If the person you talk to at the store doesn’t know how to do it do an online chat with a rep. Give your name, phone number associated with the account and the order number. It’s pretty painless.
I tried this, online chat refused and I chatted with two different people. They both said they have zero capabilities to do this and any issues with order pick must be done directly with the store. I then called the store and they said there was nothing they could do. I’m done trying to do these deals. Such a bummer but I’ve wasted more hours than needed.

I don’t blame you for being fed up. I had zero trouble online with a chat so there’s a lack of training there for the reps. In store with returns I’ve done this so many times I couldn’t tell you and it’s the equivalent. I’ve had a love-hate relationship with Walgreens for almost 30 years now sometimes kicking them out of my life and sometimes enjoying the affair. Sounds like a to the curb time for you. So sorry.
I had a Catalina coupon for $7 in rewards when you spend $30 so added the Colgate toothpaste deal to this scenario in store and got back all kinds of Money!!

I have all items in and all coupons and promos applied but my total before tax is $12.13 not $10.77 and remember if you use pryer rewards as payment you will not earn new ones.

Nope. Credit Card. Used the 3 clipped coupons. Original total was 20.77 + tax ($22.22). After coupons $10.77 + tax ($12.22)
