It’s only a game if you play. I use the 30% off when I need something. I don’t over buy to get the kohls cash. As the prices are higher when it’s time to redeem. We as Americans buy too much as it is. So only buy when it’s needed. Not because it’s a good deal or oh that’s super cute! No need to stress over it.

Absolutely agree. Well said. We r over-consumers. I used to buy fillers just to earn Kohl’s cash. It’s not worth it. The expiration dates on the Kohl’s cash are too soon, so I hate feeling forced to shop just so I won’t waste my Kohl’s cash or whatever coupon.
For me it’s not about buying what I don’t need, this is only about losing free shipping and never getting the 40% off code. It’s just too random. Not sure you understood what I was saying.
There have been times when I save $50+ on Christmas gifts because someone gave me a code. I’m not begging anymore.
Target, Nordstrom, Amazon ect give everyone the same deal. If you spend a certain amount you save, it’s not based on a whim.
And yeah, it is a game. And I’m done now.

If you’re a Shutterfly user, note that paperless statements mean the end of the SF coupons with your statements. It’s not worth the trade off for me!
Have to agree a one time payment of $10 is not worth the trade love the Shutterfly coupons
They’ve “offered” this $10 KC for years to entice cardholders to go paperless. I chose to & never got the KC. Then I missed my payment due date by a day & got a late fee. They also won’t let you go back to paper statements once switched.
I called and asked them to waive the late fee once and they did! I was surprised but figured it couldn’t hurt to try.
My son wants a shirt only sold online but the shipping isn’t worth it. Do they still have kiosk in the store to save shipping? I haven’t been able to find anything to spend my Kohls cash on besides his shirt.
Yes! But I think it’s easier to use the app and get free shipping from being on Kohl’s wifi.

The country would not have so many problems if prices were lower! Rents were too high, since 2000, when Wall Street wanted to become your landlord! Seriously, where do they think people will get the money!

So I guess in the end with people switching they won’t really pay statements on time… someone’s getting rich with those late fees. They will only do one courtesy a year if u forget to pay on time. NOT FOR ME!
Kohl’s is going down as a “value” place to shop. I don’t even get the 30% discounts any more; the highest I’ve gotten is 20%. Granted, I’m not buying as much because of the pandemic, but the items I want are 1) overpriced to begin with; 2) frequently out of stock; 3) not available for pickup; 4) shipping not available to my store. Like the others here, I’m finding I don’t really need the things I thought I wanted, buying because I “had” to use a discount or lose it.
