I’m having the same issue as “yolanda” above. What am I missing? The only link I see is the blue “gift card” in this sentence, “Snag this gift card deal for your pet!”. But, when I click on that, it just takes me to another H2S page … which will then bring me back to this same page if I click on that post. Please help.
How odd. The links above all still work for me on desktop and mobile to get the to Chewy website to score these. Maybe try again in a different browser. I had success using Chrome. Hoping that helps!
Maybe that’s the problem. I’m more comfortable with Mozilla Firefox and seem to have more issues with the H2S site on it. I sometimes have days where I have to input my login info two or three times before my login is successful, and I usually wonder if it’s because of Firefox. Thanks for the reply.

I was having the same problem on Chrome – tried turning off my ad blocker and now I am getting the full page with links.
Thanks, grr. I tried this and apparently that is the issue. Unfortunately, I still only have DSL where I am. Ads slow down my internet connection so much, that using an ad blocker is about the only thing that allows me to function online and maintain my sanity. If this is going to be a continuing problem on H2S, then I may have think about whether I want to keep coming here. It’s just too stressful and time consuming if I don’t block the ads.
I had to switch to Firefox.

It’s been over 2 hours since I placed my order and I still have not received my e-gift card. Is anyone else having the same issue?

I called Chewy customer service and was told that it was because I tried to send the eGift Card to the e-mail address associated with my Chewy account. The customer service representative cancelled my order for me and suggested I place a new order to be sent to an alternate e-mail address. He said he had another caller with the same issue.

Hi. I’ve registered an acct on Chewy but I’ve never ordered. I see alot of you have ordered from Chewy but is it better to use auto renew or just do a regular order for my first order? I need some new pet storage food containers and food.
If you use a gift card you can’t do autoship. I only get prescription items from them, so I’m out of luck on this deal.
