It connects to all track sizes and you can play with all the Thomas trains on this set, Mini, Thomas Wood, Thomas Trackmaster. It comes with extra track and connectors, so you can mix this track with your existing wood or Trackmaster tracks.
We gave this to our 4-year-old boy for his birthday and he has not stopped playing with it. Really amazing set.
