I have been wanting this specific style of sandal for a while but unwilling to pay $80 on Steve Madden’s website so I went searching and found them for $40. I took the plunge and ordered after reading the reviews. I’m not a sandal-wearer, especially after having numerous surgeries on my feet. However, I LOVE the way these look and feel. The band overtop of my toes was tight but I was able to stretch it some so they fit great.
They were uncomfortable the first couple of days because I pronate so I was rubbed raw on my arch but now they feel amazing. I can dress them up or down. I read the reviews about sizing to make sure I ordered the correct size. I typically wear a 7.5 in everything. But after reading the reviews, I decided to order an 8.

FYI saw tons of Steve Madden sandals at MARSHALLS yesterday.
Many recent reviews question quality and authenticity. Also of note, no half sizes available, when Steve Madden does offer half sizes in sandals. I was interested in this deal, but proceed with caution.
I saw that also… people saying the Steve Madden tag is just glued on and comes right off. But then I looked at the same shoe at Macy’s, and those tags didn’t appear to be sewn on either… 🤔

With all due respect, Hip2Save may “vet” their posts but how many times have you thrown in HIGHLY RATED & AWESOME REVIEWS when numerous people will bring to light many of the bad reviews. I always do my research if i want a product or not but i used to really take into consideration when this site would post HIGHLY RATED etc. Now i look at that and dismiss it. Lots of companies use that as a sales marketing pitch/ploy and Hip (to me) seemingly fell in with them. I understand its a business but look at the reviews we read. If you read that labels were glued on shoes would you buy them ? And for a business to brush it off as “oh thats likely old reviews”. Come on guys your better than that….right?
