Does anyone know of such a thing? Is there an address that you may have, where we can send expired coupons? I’m not sure if it’s for people who live on military bases. I thought I’ve heard something like this before, but no mention of it lately. If anyone has an address where we can send expired coupons. Please let me know. If someone else can get use out of them, that would be awesome. Not sure if it’s only manufacture coupons or if they will accept restaurant coupons (KFC, Subway, etc.) too. Thank you for your time.
Hi….I never heard of this – so of course I needed to find info! I found a few sites that has links to several programs (I’ll send you an email with the links). Anyone can send current and/or expired coupons to military bases (coupons of up to six months past their expiration dates can be used for certain programs).

I’m not sure if this is the place, but I used to get coupon mailings for bath and body works all the time and now it seems like I am not getting them and my friends still are. Is there a trick to getting them? So, I am ISO any B&BW coupons out there. Not sure I have much, if anything, to trade.
It’s not just you! I noticed that I don’t receive the BBW coupons as often as others.
