Yes, directions say to take it at night, it also made me feel a little nauseous not sure since i have never taken before and was afraid to take another the next night idk… might try again another time.
I took it at night and couldn’t get up for work the next morning. I went in two hours late.
For those that say these pills or pill(not sure as to the dosage) makes them sleepy, I have that very issue with Benadryl or any allergy pills. I have found that taking half a tablet of Benadryl relieves my allergy issues but doesn’t make me zonk out.
