Is this good for migraines?
Honestly, it depends. If your migraines are as bad as mine, nothing really helps except medicine prescribed by my primary care doctor. I also get a shot once a month from my doc that has helped so much. These BC powders do help some, but doesn’t keep my migraines away.
I’m a migraine sufferer also and was prescribed Imitrex. It worked for a few years. Then Botox came available for migraines and it’s a wonder drug! Haven’t had a migraine in 5 years.
