I hadn’t had a Met-Rx bar in years; I remember them as so hard to eat, requiring a large glass of milk to be able to finish them. As a supplement to my quarantine diet, I ordered the Crispy Apple Pie bars. I ate a whole one without a sip of milk! It had a great balance of soft/chewy/crisp and very palatable flavor – not too sweet nor too bland. Portion size is great as well. I don’t think I’ll tire of these and they’ll likely become one of my staples.
