I was surprised at the size of the bag but in a great way! I’m 6’1 and I don’t really care for small bags. It looks great, very lightweight. I’ve put a bunch of things in it like an iPad, a towel, sandals and it’s durable enough to hold that. JanSport is one of those old-school brands and they make quality products. Although I haven’t used this product enough times yet I do feel confident this will last as long as any other JanSport product I’ve purchased.
This is exactly what I was looking for. We use it during swim lessons so the wet towels and swim suites can get aired out. Worked perfectly. The backpack is big enough to hold at least two beach towels, two swimsuits, snacks, two water bottles, keys…haha well it holds a lot!
My daughter has to carry all her books and her small laptop in her backpack and she has gone through three other backpacks this school year. This one is the only one that has not torn or ripped within a month of using it. I highly recommend this one.

Ugh! I know! If it is Blue (as in the title description at Woot) then I want it. If it is Camo, as in the Woot details, I do not want it. Bummer!!
update: I decided to put it in my cart to see what it looked like. The photo next to my order details does indeed show the Camo backpack, even though the description in my cart lists blue. I’m going to go with “typo” on Woot’s part, since the actual cart photo is camo. Too bad, this would be great for the beach!
How strange! Thanks for mentioning this. We did double check this and it appears that this should be blue. The details do list – “JanSport Mesh Pack, Regal Blue, One Size”. However there may be a chance that you get the camo. Hope this is helpful!
I absolutely do not recommend Woot at all. Their product descriptions are commonly wrong. The customer service is in no way, shape or form comparable to Amazon (despite being owned by Amazon?!). A recent gift from Woot went wrong because Woot had written the weight limits for a scooter as 220lbs when it is actually 60lbs less. This is when it’d be nice to have a lawyer in the family, for petty things like this 😆. Anyway, total hassle and it was also scratched, but supposed to have been new. I will never order through them again.

We have one of these(purchased from academy on super sale) and love it as a pool bag or a “laundry bag” for the kids when they come back from camping with grandparents. It has even sat WET (Kids did not let us know they went for a swim right before they came home) in the trunk for a few days and no problems.
