Good deals. However we do not get RR if we order online or curbside pickup. We have to go in the store to shop to get RR.

I always get my register rewards with online orders.

When I walk in to pick up my order they scan something and mine always prints.

Not in my area. Never get them in North Little Rock or Sherwood. I get my receipt and that is all.

I just did curbside pickup yesterday and got the Colgate RR. I’m in Central Illinois. There must be regional differences. I do know that if digital receipts are turned on in the account the RRs will not print. If you are not getting them and are able to go in the store try going in the store and than let them know that you are there. Ask to be checked out at a register that has a working Catalina printer with paper loaded and ink. That will be the only way to know for sure if it is a regional difference or if things are being checked out on a cash register without a working Catalina printer.

Do you know how to turn off and on digital receipts?

In your app or at customer service

In the app press the circle at the top right hand corner, mine has my initials on it. Then go to “ Notifications and settings”. Next choose “emails” and you should see an on/off toggle to turn digital receipts on and off. I believe that customer service can do it for people as well. When Walgreens sent an email to me at the beginning of the pandemic I declined digital receipts so I don’t know if the change is immediate or takes a little bit.
