I am SO upset!!!I just spent forget putting together an order over $50 and I entered the code and it showed me receiving the 30% off until AFTER I checked out. At that point it removed the discount and charged me!!
Oh no! I would contact customer service so they can fix it.
I tried, there’s a super long hold. I got frustrated and hung up. It’s a $25 difference! I wanted to tell others so they could pay attention, there’s nothing I could have done to prevent it though. Literally on the place order screen it had the discount and then on the order confirmation it did not
