Lay’s Has 3 New Picnic-Ready Potato Chip Flavors (Summer BLT, Jerk Chicken, & Chile Mango)
This summer, Frito-Lay is coming in hot with three new flavors of potato chips that are destined to be the star of your next backyard barbeque. All of the new chips are inspired by some of summer’s most iconic flavors, with something for everyone in the new lineup whether you’re craving a tropical bite, chicken hot off the grill, or a throwback BLT sandwich straight out of your childhood memories.
For a limited time only, you’ll be able to get the following three new flavors of Lay’s Potato Chips at retailers near you:
- Lay’s Summer BLT potato chips combine the flavors of bacon, lettuce, and tomato – everything you’d expect from a BLT except for the bread! For maximum enjoyment, Stetson recommends adding bread and making a potato chip sandwich. 😉
- Lay’s Chile Mango potato chips are a spicy-sweet flavor featuring the tropical taste of mango spiked with the heat of chile peppers and a twist of lime.
- Lay’s Wavy Jerk Chicken potato chips are the only wavy chips in the new lineup, and they’re packed with the Caribbean island-inspired combination of spicy, sweet, and smoky jerk flavors.
These new flavors of Lay’s potato chips are now available in Regular and Party-Size bags at retailers nationwide. We saw the Party Size bags at our local Walmart, where they were priced at $2.50 each. We know the smaller bags are being sold at select Walmarts for $1.78 too, so be on the lookout for these new chips in both sizes!

They’re pretty good with onion dip:)
Tried them last week and it didn’t blow me away either. Everything doesn’t need its own potato chip flavor.
