I purchased this air purifier because one of my friends recently purchased it and she recommended I try it. I am so glad I did that! I use it in my bedroom and I can definitely feel the difference in the air. I have allergies all year round, but since I started to use this air purifier, I feel so much better at night and in the morning.
It is very simple to operate it too. I set it as an automatic mode, and it will sensor the air quality of the room and automatically adjust the fan speed. I also want to note that the fan is very quiet. I am thinking to purchase another one for my son’s room while it is on sale. Definitely a great deal for the quality of the product.
I was amazed at how easy it was to download the free Winix Smart C545 app and connect the machine to it. I’m not all that technical, and the unit was out of the box, set up, and connected to my home WiFI network in less than 10 minutes! The air purifier works great. I put it in my home office and I really notice a difference in the quality of the air while working all day.
I am an allergy sufferer and having this air purifier running on the auto setting for two days I already notice that my eyes don’t itch as much and I am breathing easier. I’ll probably go buy another one for my family room this weekend!

I have a different model of Winex at home in the bedroom, and in my work office. Costco sells them — and also sells multi-packs of the replacement filters! I’ve had my Winex units for years, and I really love them. It runs quietly in the background. They have an air quality sensor that “knows” when to turn the filter up to “high” — it’s hilarious when a dog is lying next to it farts and causes the sensor light to turn red and air filter to kick into high mode! LOL
I have this exact model – purchased from Costco during the pandemic. I HIGHLY recommend it! It is literally on my nightstand and I can barely hear it. I love the sensor in it – like the person above commented, when my dogs come around, the sensor kicks it into high! LOL
